NO shared indoor spaces. It shares outdoor common spaces with the home above. The third floor of this home is exclusively reserved for the owners, serving as their private living space and not accessible to guests.

SHARED SPACES INCLUDE: Pool, Hot Tub, Back Yard, 2nd Floor Deck Front side of home, any deck reached by outside access is Shared space. Driveway ~ 2 cars max, please be considerate and share driveway.
