The rec room is ideal for those that like to enjoy a game of foosball or just hang out and watch the game on TV! Level 1: The ground level features a bedroom, full bath, and game room with a slider to the private saltwater pool area where you will find the hot tub and outside shower. There are also 2 futons in the game room for additional sleeping!

Level 2: The mid-level offers 3 more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer.

Level 3: On the top level, you will enjoy the open great room, kitchen, and dining areas, as well as a king master suite and a powder room. Giant wraparound decks are ideal for sunbathing, outside dining, or taking a nap in the shade!
