This Fantastic home will feel like new! Complete new kitchen with Island, white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The oven has an air fryer! Vinyl plank floors...no carpet! New sliding glass door for the top deck, vinyl railing on both decks, bar in the game room with a full-size refrigerator, new king bed, new couch, chair, 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 new futons, all new ceiling fans and vents, 4 new TVs, (6 TVs total) new washer and dryer, new HVAC, new deck paint comforters, additional full-size refrigerator on the lower level, new living room furnishings (plaid couch in pics replaced with neutral sectional couch), and more! TVs in the game room and master bedroom have Cable...all other TVs are Intelligent TVs for streaming only.

Your vacation starts at "Cardinal Cove!" Take a dip in the private saltwater pool that can be heated for an additional $350, or appreciate a calming soak in the Hot Tub! Breathe in the ocean air and savor breezes from the sizable wraparound top decks while sipping your morning coffee or appreciating evening beverages! The rec room is ideal for those that like to enjoy a game of foosball or just hang out and watch the game on TV! Don't worry about having to leave your favorite four-legged family member behind, because this spectacular home is pet-friendly!

Level 1: The ground level features a bedroom, full bath, and game room with a slider to the private saltwater pool area where you will find the hot tub and outside shower. There are also 2 futons in the game room for additional sleeping!

Level 2: The mid-level offers 3 more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer.

Level 3: On the top level, you will enjoy the open great room, kitchen, and dining areas, as well as a king master suite and a powder room. Giant wraparound decks are ideal for sunbathing, outside dining, or taking a nap in the shade!

There is something for everybody including 6 TVs, a DVD player, wireless internet, a pack 'n-play, a gas grille, a basketball goal, and more!

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school.
