You will appreciate sunbathing beside or splashing in the private heated pool, appreciating sunsets, coffee, or beverages on the 8'x40' covered porch, and comfortable evenings by the stone fireplace. This is a "home for all seasons!"

While visiting at Heron Comes The Sun, you will appreciate a roomy great room with a gas fireplace, luxury living room furnishings, big big-screen TV with a constructed-in audio system, and a well-outfitted kitchen. The kitchen includes a double oven, and ample space to prepare and serve your family meals. The dining area has plenty of seating at the formal dining table and the breakfast bar. A powder room is conveniently located on this level by the front entrance.


The upper level is where you will find two king suites, and a central bedroom with bunk beds - ideal for parents with modest kids. The lower level is home to a third king suite, two queen bedrooms, and a full hall bathroom. The ground level includes a den with a sectional and TV, ideal for a peaceful hideaway. The ground level also includes laundry, a bathroom, and a full-sized refrigerator for painless access to the pool and backyard, providing all the essentials for early check-in! On this level, utilize the cavernous garage to store rental gear for the pool and beach, and for fast entry into the home.

The best part of staying at Heron Comes the Sun is the backyard getaway! Spend the hot afternoons calming by the pool with plenty of patio space for the whole family to savor. The giant private backyard is where memories will be made. Kids and family pets alike can run complimentary. Spend your days playing backyard volleyball, or lawn games of your choice.

Trolley service, less than 50 ft from the home, is available during the in-season to take you anywhere in the community including the Oceanside beach access. From there, utilize the beach valet to set up your beach spot for you!

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school.
