Appreciate impressive ocean vistas from the living room or the deck and relax in the comfortable sunroom. The home features a roomy living area, a basketball hoop for fun family games, and access to community tennis courts. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the deck or appreciating a peaceful evening by the beach, this is the ideal hideaway for creating memorable memories.

Top Level:
Great room with a enormous TV and access to the sun deck, full Kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 2, the Dining room table has seating for 6, and a Sunroom with a pub style table seating 4. Queen bedroom with a TV and a semi-private bathroom (shared with the living areas).

Mid-Level:
Queen bedroom with a TV and access to the covered deck. Bedroom with 2 Twins and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk beds. Full hall bathroom.

Ground Level:
Primary entry, laundry room with washer and dryer and a second refrigerator.

Outside:
Enclosed outside shower, foot wash station, gas grille and charcoal grille, basketball hoop and parking for 4 cars.
