Welcome to Sea Sirens Serenity! Professionally decorated, private home with distant ocean vistas (3rd floor), pristine private pool, relaxing hot tub, Billiards Room, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, soaring vaulted ceilings, and an simple-flowing floor plan with tons of natural light. This home is located in the Hammocks enclave within the award-winning and gated/secure Currituck Club community in the trendy Corolla. Trolley Service or Public Beach Parking is available! Golf Cart Available- Sea Sirens Serenity offers the optional use of a Custom Four Person electric Club Car available weekly- The cart offers a fun option for travel to the Club's private cart parking at the beach access, a trip to the grocery store or for exploring the cart friendly Currituck club neighborhood. *Additional usage fee and waiver/agreement with the owner!

Enter the Rec Room on the ground floor, complete with a pool table, grasscloth wall coverings, and a flatscreen with Apple TV. Also, find painless access to shaded poolside decks, three bedrooms, and a garage.

Head upstairs to the main floor with soaring vaulted ceilings, driftwood-toned, wide-planked floor, a non-functional gas fireplace, a sizable LCD (Roku) TV, a huge dining table, and a enormous breakfast nook. Savor the kitchen with a French door refrigerator/ice maker, separate wine refrigerator, prep sink, garbage disposal, broad granite-topped counters, bar with seating for 4, gas top range, and entirely outfitted glassware, cutlery, barware, and cookware cabinets. The powder room and full-sized washer and dryer are also located on this level.

On the east side, the private pool and fenced pool deck are at ground level, and on the upper floor, you'll find access to the sunny outdoor upper deck, which has its signature seating and a modest Weber (Gas supplied) grilling outpost.

On the Westside (Sunset) of the home, you'll find the giant screened porch (with dual ceiling fans), which overlooks the front yard and has a view of the close by Hammocks community pool complex (also available for your use in addition to the private pool and four other community pools -see the EXTRAS below for the dates).


Two Master Suites and Room to Spread Out

The home features two Master Suites: 1 King/Main floor (The Sea Glass Room) and 1 King/Ground Floor (The Coral Room), both with private full baths (one with a soaking tub/shower combo with screened porch access and both with granite countertops). Bedroom 3/Ground Floor/ Queen (The Sunrise Room) and Bedroom 4/Main Floor/ Two Twins (The First Mates Room). All bedrooms and the Rec/Billard room offer flat-screen TVs with cable and two with Apple TV.

Appreciate catching an ocean-framed sunrise? The third level of the home is the “Siren's Tower” and rewards with distant ocean vistas, a modest private balcony, a Queen-sized sleeper couch (w/memory foam bed), and is open to the main living area below.


Private pool and hot tub, bicycles, pool floats, sand toys, beach chairs plus Community amenities galore!

The completely fenced private pool area offers rattan lounge chairs for sunbathing, a table with an umbrella, a 16 x 20 pool, a hot/cold open-air rinse shower, and a bubbling four-person hot tub!

In the single-car garage, the owners have supplied 8 nice beach chairs assorted beach toys and pool floats for your use as a additional! You'll also find three (adult) beach cruiser bicycles for your use exploring the neighborhood or cruising the miles of bicycle trails in Corolla (bring your own helmets if desired). There is plenty of space for storing your own beach toys, chairs, and coolers, and an additional full-sized refrigerator/freezer combo is in the garage for your use.


Private gated community - The Currituck Club

About the Currituck Club: Guests are treated just as “Club Residents” when staying at this home and have full access to the community offerings which include a exercise center (with Peleton Bikes), tennis courts, pickleball, Rees Jones Golf Course (requires greens costs) multiple community pools, basketball courts, volleyball, playground, miles of cycling, running and walking trails, community events, and a complimentary trolley/shuttle from the home to the beach (Memorial Day week-Labor Day). There's a Tiki Hut bar at the main pool and weekly events for all ages. Once at the beach, guests have privileges at the Snack Shack which offers sandwiches, ice cream, beer/wine, beverages, and seating areas. Optional use of the Beach Valet attendants is available for your ease of getting your beach gear set up as well. The Harris Teeter Grocery Store anchors the main gate entrance to the development making shopping for provisions a breeze and these well-supplied storehouses and Starbucks as a additional!


All bed/bath linens are supplied (bring your own beach towels) and the home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. We maintain management contracts with the a top pool/Spa company (Spa/Pool is cleaned prior to your arrival and chemicals are checked midweek) Issues reported will be addressed by our staff without delay. You'll always find a real person on the other end of the phone during business hours at Shoreline OBX to help with any issues or needs during your stay. We want your OBX visit to be the best that you've had if you're returning or we want to set the bar high so that you visit us again!

This Owner offers the optional use of a four-passenger electric Club Car Golf Cart during your stay (Extra fee applies). The Currituck Club is a golf cart-friendly neighborhood, and private cart parking is available at the Club South beach access! (Additional usage fee, operator age restrictions, a signed damage waiver, and a separate agreement with the owner are required ).

All of our homes are equipped with wifi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

All Currituck Club amenities are supplied: 5 pools, a Club House (open all year) with a game room, a exercise center (with state-of-the-art equipment), outdoor shuffleboard, 2 basketball courts, a volleyball court, beach rental equipment, and trolley service stops throughout the community.
