Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with a hot tub and outside shower. Patio with a park-style charcoal grille and path to the lake. Inside you'll find the entry with a full-size refrigerator.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, private bathrooms and deck access. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and desk and a full hallway bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with enormous flat-screen TV, sound bar, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 2, dining room seating 8 with deck access and the laundry room with washer and dryer. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom.

Extras: Hot Tub, 5 TVs, sound bar, high-speed wireless internet, outside shower, charcoal grille, 2 fridges, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30) , books, games, DVDs, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, corn hole and community tennis. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
