Enjoy a book on the fourth-level Ship's Watch reading loft and nook as you gaze out over the dunes and ocean. The cavernous top-level King Master Bedroom with Intelligent TV, new bed, private master bathroom, and direct deck access offers huge oceanside windows to make you feel like you're top the waves. Powder room sits between the mid and top levels.

Outside: Just outside your back door is a entirely gated private pool and patio area where you can cool off in the water or relax in the brand new chaise lounge chairs, prepare out and eat poolside with the upsized gas grille and the patio dining set, or challenge another team for superiority with bespoke cornhole boards. On either side of the pool area are 6+ foot high privacy fences separating you from the neighbors. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
