Top Level: Spectacular ocean vistas from the open-concept great room with 65" intelligent TV and sizable dining area with 2 tables. The enormous gourmet kitchen was designed and supplied for big groups including 2 fridges/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, breakfast bar seating 3, a wine cooler, plenty of knives, cookware, silverware, and modest appliances including multiple blenders, coffee makers (including a Keurig), toasters, electric kettle, rice cooker, and over-sized crab pot for your seafood boil. Savor a book on the fourth-level Ship's Watch reading loft and nook as you gaze out over the dunes and ocean. The cavernous top-level King Master Bedroom with Intelligent TV, new bed, private master bathroom, and direct deck access offers huge oceanside windows to make you feel like you're top the waves. Powder room sits between the mid and top levels.

Mid Level: Den that provides another impressive social and entertainment area with a couch, wet bar, drink refrigerator, TV, and shuffleboard table. The den opens to the second-level deck, which features a hot tub, sitting area with chairs, and direct stair access to the pool. A wheelchair accessible Master Bedroom with a Queen and Single Bed with accessible en suite private bathroom and intelligent TV. Bedroom with a TrioBunk (Twin over Twin over Full) and intelligent TV that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a TrioBunk (Twin over Twin over Full). Laundry area with a front-loading washer/dryer.

Outside: Just outside your back door is a entirely gated private pool and patio area where you can cool off in the water or relax in the brand new chaise lounge chairs, prepare out and eat poolside with the upsized gas grille and the patio dining set, or challenge another team for superiority with bespoke cornhole boards. On either side of the pool area are 6+ foot high privacy fences separating you from the neighbors. Also in the patio area are an outdoor shower and foot wash as well as exterior stairs for direct access to the hot tub on the second-level deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Outer Banks Beaches and Tar Cove Marsh.
