Outdoor bathroom with toilet and sink plus outdoor shower in pool area. Outdoor gas grille for barbecuing. Hot tub in pool area. Pool heat is available for an additional fee in the spring and fall.

Second floor features three king master suites with private baths and access to either a private balcony or shared deck. A queen suite with private bath and access to shared deck overlooking the pool area. Two constructed in bunk bed rooms each with private baths. An additional queen sleeper couch is located in the hallway alcove. Laundry room with two washers and two dryers also on this level.

Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including two fridges, two dishwashers, two kitchen sinks, gas range with commercial hood, microwave, coffee station with two Keurig and two regular coffee makers. Extensive kitchen island with counter height seating for seven. Grand dining table with seating for 20. Living room with 85" wall mounted T.V., access to the deck overlooking the pool area, powder room. Three king master suites with full baths and deck access are located on the third floor. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen intelligent T.V.s for cable or streaming your subscription services.

The subdivision is located along the bicycle/multiuse path in Corolla for ease of transportation in the area as well.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.
