Welcome to Coastal Oasis by KEES Vacations!

This new nine-bedroom OBX vacation home with a private heated pool, hot tub, grille, tiki bar, and elevator located in the newest community of Corolla Shores is the Coastal Oasis you have been searching for!

Lots of fun will be had on the first level of this home. When you come in from hanging out in the pool and/or hot tub, you will find a recreation room where you can challenge members of your group to a game of pool or even poker. There is a wet bar with a stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher. For those who prefer to watch, sit on the comfortable couch or watch tv/a movie on the flat screen tv or even the theater room. There is a half bathroom on this level for convenience. For the late-nighttime people in the group, they only need to take a few steps to the Queen En Suite with two Queen Beds also on this level.

There are more sleeping accommodations on the second level. Here you will find FIVE King En Suites and one Bunk En Suite bedroom (with two twin bunk beds). If you want to wash those wet beach towels, there is a laundry room on this level as well.

When you get up to the third level, you will feel as though you have stepped into a magazine. Windows galore make the level bright and cheery! Striking, modern furnishings adorns this level which includes a sectional couch, comfortable side chairs, and a sizable flat-screen TV. The broad kitchen accepts for multiple cooks in the kitchen and plenty of room to home the food and beverages for the stay in one of the two stainless steel fridges! There is a huge dining room table with another bar/sink area for the whole group to appreciate. Appreciate the convenience of another half bathroom on this level. In addition to the living area, you will find two more King En Suites on this third level.

Located on the oceanside of HWY12 within the village of Corolla- and well within walking distance to the beach - this property is sure to please everybody in the group. Not only is the beach close, area attractions, grocery stores, shopping, and local cuisine teem the surrounding area are also. Sleeping 24 comfortably, this rental is great for both fast beach trips and week-long stays.

**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
