Located within the new Beach Club at Whalehead Community, you may wish to kick back and relax in the private hot tub, take a dip in the community heated pool, rent and relax in a private cabana, gather around a fire pit or take a short walk to the Town Center to get an ice cream cone, there is something to appeal to everybody ensuring your experience is one you will never forget.

When you arrive, you can park your car in the driveway and/or garage and step into the main level of the home which was designed for gathering with an open concept floor plan. The kitchen is equipped and well supplied with additional dinnerware, glassware, and silverware, plus everything needed for your cooking, baking and storage needs.

Appreciate watching TV in the living area and calming on the sectional couch which has a queen size sleeper to accommodate additional sleeping needs.

There is a half bathroom plus 2 closets on the ground floor as well.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and modern amenities, everybody will be pleased with. The primary master king ensuite offers access to a private outdoor balcony featuring ideal vistas of the community. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds, both with private full bathrooms.

The second floor offers a second living area equipped with a TV, dedicated work space and full-size sleeper couch. Also on the second level is the laundry closet that includes a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience.
