If you're searching for a modern coastal home by the sea, then 'Maison de la Mer' is the ideal beach home for you! Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac and located amongst the trees, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for your family and friends. It's also dog-friendly and accepts 1 dog max, which means your pup can savor a beach vacation as well! Located just steps to the sea, the closest beach access is just a fast 3-min. (0.1 mile) walk away. Close by, you can also effortlessly walk to the community tennis court, just a 2-min. walk away.

The fenced-in ground level of this home features a bubbly hot tub for the adults to relax in after a long day in the sun. There's also a fire pit in the backyard with seating to roast marshmallows and make s'mores with the kiddos, two grilles (one charcoal and one gas), a fish cleaning station with sink, and enclosed outdoor shower.

Upstairs on the Middle Level, you will find the Foyer and a comfortable Den to hang out in and watch your favorite show. There's also a Queen Bedroom on this floor as well as a Bunk Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk and a Twin Bunk. These two bedrooms share a full-size hallway bathroom with a shower stall. The third bedroom of the home can be found on this level - a King Master Bedroom with a Full Bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.
