Beachin' Awesome is a brand new construction home on the soundside in Monteray Shores. This beautiful, three-bedroom home offers you great amenities with your own private saltwater pool and hot tub. The great room gives you plenty of space for dining and preparing your favorite meals in the modren kitchen or gathering to watch your favorite sports, movies or TV shows.

You are also just 4 miles from the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, eateries, and entertainment at the Corolla Light Town center and 5 miles from the 4x4 beaches. Or you can relax under sun-shaded cabanas or take a dip in the community pool. In addition to the clubhouse and Outdoor Community Pool, the community amenities also include a Exercise Center with tons of equipment, tennis courts, basketball courts, jungle gym and walking trails.

No family pets allowed - pet complimentary. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla, is home to this vacation home.   • June, July, and August are high season in the Currituck area. To find the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, , and reduced traffic.   • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to inspire more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
