Las Brisas is located on the fairway within The Currituck Club in Corolla. The property features a 16' x 32' private pool enclosed in a fenced area with a locking gate, as well as a private hot tub. Guests can savor all the amenities of The Currituck Club, which includes access to community pools, tennis courts, and trolley service to the beach during the summer months.

The home features a screened porch, a poolside loggia complete with a wet bar and grille, and three Master Suites. Entertainment options abound with many electronics, including TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi, outdoor speakers, and a gas fireplace (available in off-season only.) The recreational room includes a pool table and Foosball, an iPod dock, a wet bar with an under-counter refrigerator, a multi-port ceramic shower, a den with a sleeper couch, a pack-n-play, a high chair, an enclosed outdoor shower, and beach chairs.

This cavernous and opulent home provides everything you could want for the ideal vacation. Host gatherings with family and friends in the well-equipped rec room, relax in the hot tub, appreciate your own private pool, discover broad illuminated trails, and observe local wildlife. With so many amenities, this handsome home will make you want to return time and time again.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Find your perfect rental:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. Reserve your rental home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.

If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
