Besides having access to the various resort amenities, this home offers a private pool*, a hot tub and it is also dog-friendly for up to 2 family pets.

TOP LEVEL:
With the trendy beach plan layout, the Great Room on this level has numerous areas designed for relaxation: a enormous sectional and two armchairs in the living area plus a Ships Watch that offers a poker table with four chairs. The Dining table seats 10 and the Kitchen Island seats 4. The Kitchen has plenty room for preparing family meals; and is equipped with two ovens. There is deck access to the front and back of the home for sunbathing and relaxation. Appreciate outdoor dining on the table and six chairs located on the back deck. The first of four King Master Suites is located on this level with a tiled shower in its Master Bath. This bedroom has private deck access with furnishings.

MID LEVEL:
Stairs down to the mid level leads to four other bedrooms. One King Master Suite has private deck access to the front of the home. Its Master Bath has a tiled shower. The Queen bedroom has access to the back covered deck with stairs down to the ground level. The third bedroom on the level offers two Bunk Bed Sets for kids. This room shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower with the Queen bedroom. The other King Master Suite on this level also offers private deck access to the front of the home and a private bath with a tiled shower.

GROUND LEVEL:
A huge, cavernous Parlor has a sizable flat-screen TV to watch movies or sports. The game area has a Foosball table and a Mortal KombatĀ® arcade game. A second full-size refrigerator and a kitchenette area will be a convenient luxury to appreciate beverages and snacks with painless access to the outdoors. The 6th bedroom at this home is a King Jr. Master Suite which shares a semi-private bath (tiled shower) with the Parlor/Game area. On the outdoors, there is access to the entirely enclosed fenced pool deck around the private pool* (14' x 30') with outdoor furnishings that includes a picnic table and lounge chairs. [Note: garage is locked and not available for guest use.]

As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, huge community pool with kiddie pool, Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean vistas.

*Free pool heat is available upon request PRIOR to the vacation arrival date for the months of May-June and Sept-October only (not offered in July or August).

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars. Nor'Banks Sailing and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are also worth visiting.
