2024 changes include 2 new king bed, new set of sheets to be used in cleaning rotation, new top level floor deck, 4 captain chairs top level, pool area table and 3 metal chairs, 4 beach chairs, beach cart, basketball system on driveway, update kitchenware as needed. 2023 changes include stain deck, new intelligent TV's, new pool fence, 4 beach chairs. 2022 added pool heater. Cost to use pool heater, additional $300, not in quoted price. Determine and pay for use after booking since it is a cost item weather dependent. Only charged if turned on during your stay. Other 2022 updates, new furnishings, bed toppings, blankets, art, fresh paint. 2021 updates include granite in 4 bathrooms and kitchen with new sinks and faucets. And new furnishings, couch, 2 loveseat, chair upstairs great. Savor!!????

This well maintained home is located on a private unpaved road that leads directly to beach access. Appreciate the natural surroundings and roomy floor plan of this impressive Oceanside home on the public water system! Our home is near historic CV and within Corolla Village, CV. Close walk to see sound side vistas yet located on Oceanside with a private beach private road setting. Short direct walk to beach. You can see the entry to the beach from our driveway. Savor our home (A Stone Throw)!

In 2021, new granite countertops in the kitchen and 4 bathrooms with new sinks and faucets. Also new couch, 2 loveseats, 1 chair upstairs level. New front steps. In 2020, new 80-gallon hot water heater, new king bed, and topper. In 2019, new queen bed ; new bed topper. In 2018, new hammock deck furnishings. In 2017, new carpets through home, new appliances ( washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave), new tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, new bathroom lights above mirrors, etc... Each year, updates and changes supplied to keep home looking amazing!!!

Parking for 3 to 5 cars depending on the size of cars. There is plenty of room...

Our home sleeps 12-15 people comfortably with 2 king, 3 queen, 1 bunk, 1 twin beds and 1 queen sleep couch. 3 rooms are master rooms (offering a private bathroom setting). Home is roughly 2400 sq ft. Pool on site. Hot tub on site and sits 4-5 persons. The upstairs room layout sits all for family meals. Each floor has a sitting rec room area. Washer Dryer supplied. Internet access included (all service thru Spectrum, only provider to OBX area) . Linen and House towels included. Close to fee service exercise facility (inquire if interested).

Level 1: Rec room, TV/VCR and QSS, bedroom with King Bed, bedroom with Bunk (2 beds) and 1 twin bed and full bath access off king bedroom for privacy or from rec room.. Walkout to back deck by pool, outside shower, or walk out to carport.

Level 2: 2 Queen bedrooms share a full shower or bath with jetted tub and a 3rd Queen Master Bedroom with private bath/shower, Living Room with mini bar area and mini refrigerator and mini sink. Walkout to deck with hot tub services. Walk out to the porch with OBX Hammock swing, chairs and table. Enjoy coffee on the front porch!

Level 3: King Master bedroom, with master bath with jetted tub and separate shower, kitchen, living room, dining area. Walkout to balcony from King bedroom or living area. Enjoy any meal off top level deck. Enjoy sunbathing and nature.
