Constructed in 2022, this splendid one level, beach side getaway is gorgeous with its high end finishes and ideal floor plan. The vaulted ceilings in the great room accepts delightful light for that airy beachside feel. This condo's open concept accepts for great entertaining in the culinary dream kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and solid wood cabinets. This condo is complete with 2 King Master suites, with 2 full bathrooms, 3 enormous intelligent tv's, washer and dryer and wifi. The best feature of all is that you are only steps to the beach, in one direction, and across the street from Historic Corolla Park with the Currituck beach Lighthouse, and the most handsome sunsets in the Outer Banks. *This is a BRAND NEW home in a BRAND NEW community. All like models in the same phase (phase 1) will be finished by the time of your stay. There will still be construction but it should not interfere with your ability to access the beach or any of the other amenities Corolla has to offer.
