Bella Vita OBX is one of Corolla's most distinctive homes. The sizable 3,200 plus sq. ft., six bedroom, 5½ bath residence, was the showcase model home in Monteray Shores. It has an open design concept with huge open areas throughout. Each bathroom has intricate tile work which makes it really unique.

While at Bella Vita’s OBX experience its many amenities such as the chef's kitchen, a distinctive cathedral ceiling great room and dining area, and a well-located ship’s watch, all of which combine for a spectacular open space for the family to gather and spend quality time together. This level also flows out to a roomy deck with an outdoor table and many chairs to appreciate the pleasant vistas of Corolla. An open stairway with a huge landing leads to the second level with a well prescribed hallway quarter and four of the homes bedrooms and another enormous deck with an oversize swing and additional chairs. On the ground level there is a large game room with a Intelligent TV, pool table, wet bar, full size refrigerator, and also your own wine refrigerator. The game room leads out to the bespoke pool area with rich tile work surrounded by the natural slate pool deck. The pool deck has plenty of space and seating for everybody to relax along with a hot tub to savor.

No need for your car. The home is in a choice location and within short walking distance to Whalehead Beach, the Currituck Sound, the Monteray Shores sound public access docks, and the biggest concentration of eateries, services, and shopping that Corolla has to offer featuring, among others, the acclaimed Timbuck II Plaza. The famed Whalehead Club, Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the OBX Wildlife Education Center, and the 39 acre Historic Corolla Park are only 3 miles and a short bicycle ride away.

The Monterey Shores community is another giant plus and is the only community in Corolla that includes a private launch for personal watercraft and two public docks to crab, embark on a kayak or jet ski, admire wildlife, or simply relish at the handsome sunsets. The community also touts a modest exercise center, over-sized pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, pocket park, bicycle units, and more. It's all there for you to use and enjoy. About the Area

Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla, is home to this vacation home. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa. Corolla Raceway and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your rental home.
