Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a Hot Tub (mid-level deck), charcoal grille, outside shower and parking for 4 to 5 cars. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with attached sitting room with TV/DVD and a full hall bath.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms with TVs (one with a private balcony), Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Single and deck access, full hall bath, laundry area with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Great room with big-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 10, screened porch with picnic table, full hall bath, Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD and a spiral staircase leading to a Ship's Watch den with Queen Sleep Couch, TV/DVD/VCR, deck access and a wet bar.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
