Constructed in 2018 and meticulously cared for, Summer Appreciate is an immaculate home with high-end finishes, a calming neutral palette and an overall new-construction vibe. Professionally furnished and decorated with a nod to both coastal and modern farmhouse design, this six bedroom home is sure to impress everybody in your group.

The good times begin on the ground level, with an broad private pool complete with hot tub and tiki bar. In the backyard, kids and your four-legged family members will appreciate barefoot fun in the landscaped yard with sodded lawn. Direct access from the pool area to the den, which features a wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwave, is ideal for convenient and seamless indoor/outdoor living. The den is also furnished with a sectional couch, card/poker table and TV, making it practically a second living area. The garage is set up as a game area with a ping pong table and a two-player, arcade-style basketball game. A bedroom on the ground level connects to a semi-private bath with a roll-under sink, roll-in shower and 32-inch wide doorways, ideal for guests with accessibility needs. There's also an elevator that goes from the ground floor to both upper levels, making unpacking suitcases a groceries a breeze. Upstairs, four en-suite bedrooms on the mid level ensure privacy for all of your guests. The covered deck on the back of the home provides exterior access to two of the bedrooms, with a sound view overlooking the pool area.

The open-concept layout and vaulted ceilings in the main living area on the top level create an ideal space for entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends.
