Looking for the ideal place to host that next family reunion or group hideaway? Well, treat everybody to sweeping ocean vistas, painless beach access, and coastal adventures here in Corolla at this amazing hideaway in the heart of all the action. Brand new and designed with entertaining in mind, The Clubhouse features eleven bedrooms, a home theater, a entirely equipped kitchen, and a kitchenette.
The most unique main-level feature - and the best rainy-day insurance - is the indoor HD golf simulator room. The Tru Golf Vista Pro 12 model includes an HD projector, a premium turf hitting area, and a TruTrack two tracking system using infrared sensors. The system accepts for play on 98 golf courses including Bandon Dunes, Bethpage Black, Pinehurst 2, Pacific Dunes, and The Ocean Course at Kiawah. (This space is for adults only.)
The well-equipped kitchenette, steps from the outdoor patio and pool, accepts for simple entertainment opportunities both inside and outside. In addition to the simulator, the rec room presents multiple TVs, a shuffleboard table, and an arcade console with sixty of the best games from the ’80s. Additionally, the huge home theater room with nine theater seats, a sectional, and bean bags provides an amazing viewing experience for movies or gaming. The unit includes an HDMI input so you can bring your own gaming systems to play on the sizable HD theatre screen. In addition to the theater room, all bedrooms and living rooms in the home have intelligent TVs, prepared to stream favorite movies and shows. The home is equipped with a multiple-zone SONOS sound system. Multiple sound zones allow you to savor music in different areas of the home, outdoor space, and pool area. The pool area features great space for calming and entertaining. The screened porch off the kitchenette provides protected space to lounge, host meals, and find shade on the sunniest of days. The pool deck is bordered by 10 lounge chairs, a wet deck in the pool that provides a fun space for little kids to play, a basketball hoop, a corn hole set, and other pool deck games. In the carport area, there are two outdoor showers to rinse off from a day at the beach, as well as ample space to store your body boards and beach supplies. Offered by the owners as a thank you for staying, a local rental company will provide you with a daily in-season setup of a 10-foot by 10-foot tent with six beach chairs on the beach in front of the home.
This really exceptional escape won't last long, so don't miss out on this rare opportunity to make the best beach memories here at The Clubhouse!

Our top Vacation rental tips:
Getting the best rental home value:
- Summer months are high season in the Currituck area. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Many rental management companies supply Currituck area visitor guide magazines which include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Currituck visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Filter your rental search:
- Start by selecting your trip dates and a budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Stunning semi-oceanfront home feet from the beach with private pool and hot tub has 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email the property owner before booking your rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish which bed configuration is best for your family.
- Are you visiting for a single attraction? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or charges may be applied to your agreement.
During your stay:
- Add the property manager's contact info to your phone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Upon check-in, note any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, television set or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent many problems.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible resource to find the best local beaches.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your family have a great vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
