A superb oceanfront location in the peaceful community of Ocean Hill, and a multitude of extravagant and modren amenities including an elevator, will ensure that the needs and interests of everybody in your event are graciously accommodated, resulting in a really memorable beach experience for all.
Ground Level: The huge tiled rec room provides a pool table, a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, wet bar, dishwasher, and microwave, an HD home theatre system with DVD, a couch bed, and a game table with backgammon and checkerboard inserts. Off the rec room are a laundry and a half bath. There is a main bedroom with a TV/DVD, and a main bedroom with two singles with a TV. These two rooms and the rec room have access to the completely fenced and gated pool area. There is also a main bedroom with two bunk sets and a TV on this level.
Mid Level: There are three main bedrooms and a main bedroom on this level, all with TV/DVD and access to the oceanfront deck overlooking the pool. One of the main bedrooms has a whirlpool, and grab bars by the toilet, and the step-in shower is equipped with a handheld shower. There is also a main bedroom with two bunk sets and TV/DVD and a sizable laundry room with a kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave, and a wide exterior door accessing the deck with wheelchair ramps down to the pool deck and out to the dune top deck which has an oceanfront hot tub.
Top Level: Delightful expansive ocean vistas abound from this level. The great room sitting area has two couch beds, a gas fireplace, HDTV with DVD and stereo, and movie and book libraries. There are two enormous dining tables overlooking the ocean which seat 12 each. The handsome and cavernous well-equipped gourmet kitchen provides plenty of prep workspace, two dishwashers, an island wet bar with drink refrigerator and six bar stools, and a center island with a five-burner flat cooktop. There is a wheelchair-accessible main bedroom with TV/DVD, oceanfront deck access, a whirlpool, and grab bars by the toilet and in the step-in shower with a handheld shower.
Conveniences: Private pool (Heat Available in May, June, and September), hot tub, 11 TVs, nine DVDs, two stereos, WiFi, three full fridges, beverage refrigerator, three dishwashers, gas grille, gas fireplace, pool table, private walkway to the beach, wheelchair ramp to the pool and a dune-top deck, elevator, wheelchair accessible.

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
Guests will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
