**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

One of the highlights of our beach home (besides the proximity to the beach!) is the shining private pool, beckoning you to take a exhilarating dip on those sunny coastal days. Parlor poolside and bask in the glorious sunshine, or relax in the adjacent hot tub and let the warm bubbles melt away any lingering anxiety. For the sports enthusiasts in your group, our property features an outdoor court ideal for a friendly game of volleyball.

Indoors, there's no shortage of entertainment options. Gather in the recreation room for a lively game of ping pong or pool, or savor some downtime in the cozy living areas that are complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control.
