Less than a 5min walk to the beach, this rental is the ideal spot for huge families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and memorable hideaway. Our home features an array of amenities to make your stay memorable. Take a dip in the pool, soak in the hot tub, play a game of volleyball on the outdoor court, relax in a hammock by the fire (brand new!), or head inside for some ping pong and pool! This home has something for everybody!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

One of the highlights of our beach home (besides the proximity to the beach!) is the shining private pool, beckoning you to take a exhilarating dip on those sunny coastal days. Parlor poolside and bask in the glorious sunshine, or relax in the adjacent hot tub and let the warm bubbles melt away any lingering anxiety. For the sports enthusiasts in your group, our property features an outdoor court ideal for a friendly game of volleyball.

Indoors, there's no shortage of entertainment options. Gather in the recreation room for a lively game of ping pong or pool, or appreciate some downtime in the cozy living areas that are complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.

  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
