Once inside the home, you'll find that Shenanigans is equipped with all modern amenities, including a completely supplied kitchen, Wi-Fi, and entertainment options. Unwind in the comfortable living room or gather in the dining area for meals and games and appreciate the attractively decorated interiors that reflect the coastal appeal and create a warm, inviting ambiance. When it's time to turn in for the nighttime, you'll find eight cavernous bedrooms with cozy linens ideal for getting a good nighttime's rest.

Exploring the Outer Banks: Located close to the Currituck Club, practicing that swing or making a hole-in-one is ideal. Just mins. away, is the iconic Currituck Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, and 4x4 beach providing plenty of activities for everybody. Local eateries, unique stores, grocery stores, and outdoor adventures give visitors plenty of options to make the most of their stay.

Beach Access: The Marlin Public Beach Access is just a fast walk away! Use the paved walkway to the south of the home which will take you directly to the access. The beach access offers visitors use of the wooden overwalk to make crossing over the dunes a breeze.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
