Additional conveniences details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. To get the best value, consider changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance.
