This is a charmingly furnished and decorated home with a well-supplied kitchen, countless amenities, and modern furnishing.
This home has a sizable outdoor entertainment area with a pool, hot tub, and an outdoor shower with a dressing room. There are 2 charcoal grilles, a horseshoe pit, a porch swing, a tiki bar with a mini refrigerator, and a convenient ½ bath to round out the outdoor amenities.
Ground level: Entry entry reading room, utility room with refrigerator and laundry, and storage room
Mid Level: Queen bedroom, 2 bunk sets bedroom, full bathroom with tub, king master with bathroom, and wrap-around deck with swing, hammock, and ample seating.
Upper Level: Kitchen, dining room, living room with queen sleeper couch, queen bedroom, and full bathroom. The upper-level outdoor space is well furnished with a wrap-around deck and screened-in porch ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
