This is a elegantly furnished and decorated home with a well-supplied kitchen, countless amenities, and modern furnishing.


This home has a huge outdoor entertainment area with a pool, hot tub, and an outdoor shower with a dressing room. There are 2 charcoal grilles, a horseshoe pit, a porch swing, a tiki bar with a mini refrigerator, and a convenient ½ bath to round out the outdoor amenities.

Ground level: Entryway/reading room, utility room with refrigerator and laundry, and storage room

Mid Level: Queen bedroom, 2 bunk sets bedroom, full bathroom with tub, king master with bathroom, and wrap-around deck with swing, hammock, and ample seating.

Upper Level: Kitchen, dining room, living room with queen sleeper couch, queen bedroom, and full bathroom. The upper-level outdoor space is well furnished with a wrap-around deck and screened-in porch ideal for morning coffee or evening beverages.

Infant equipment is also included.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • Booking in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
