This Oceanfront lot is one of the biggest on the Outer Banks offering the ultimate in privacy, professionally maintained landscape, and with a long paved driveway all within a very short walk to the Pine Island North Pool and tennis court. The interior provides an broad freshly painted Recreation Room / Sports Bar with bespoke tile work overlooking the pretty enclosed pool area with color coordinated pool furnishings and includes a full size Olhausen billiards table, a Sports Bar with flat screen TV, and separate theatre room with a new 4K 70" screen and home theater system. There are 2 diner style tables and seating at the bar. The sizable Sports Bar kitchen includes granite counter tops, sink, full size refrigerator/freezer, ice machine, wine refrigerator, microwave, and full size dishwasher as well as loads of cabinet space filled with fun serving platters, bowls, unique bar glasses etc! This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let crooks ruin your trip.
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
