"Pelican's Perch" is a great home away from home for you and your family! You will find expansive ocean vistas from this 'Pelican's Perch' in Ocean Lakes, Corolla. Unobstructed vistas across undeveloped dunes and just a short distance to the beach make this the vacation destination for you and your family! The ground level offers a rec room with a foosball table, a wet bar, and an entertainment area for kids to watch movies. Plenty of seating in the Great Room and a kitchen that is convenient for the chefs to prepare meals together. The sizable dining table has ample seating for family meals. There is plenty of decking to relax on and appreciate that view. You can take a swim in your own private pool or relax in the hot tub. Read a book on the loft deck or play games in the loft while savoring the fantastic ocean view. There are LCD TVs in every bedroom, the rec room, and a great room. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
