Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private pool area with picnic table, gas grille and loungers, hot tub (mid level deck), basketball hoop and parking for 5 cars. Inside you'll find an ELEVATOR to all levels and a Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a handicap friendly bathroom (roll in shower with seat and grab bars and roll under vanity) with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with TV. Recroom with pool table, TV, half bathroom, patio access to pool area and a kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, sink and stereo.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms both with TV and deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV, laundry area with washer and dryer and Den with TV with deck access. The hot tub is on the deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Summer is high season in Corolla. Booking in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance.   • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good reviews to propel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
