This spectacular home with gorgeous vistas, all master suites, humongous bespoke kitchen, private heated pool, hot tub, game room and elevator will be sure to be a family favorite for years to come.

Top Floor: VIEWS - spectacular vistas in every direction! Enormous open great room / kitchen / dining area. Kitchen has 2 dishwashers and many areas for the chefs and "helpers" to all be together. Living area has enormous 60 in HD TV/media center/Stereo. There is a very comfortable sitting area that is ideal for reading and watching the ocean. Roomy Decks. Powder Room. King Master bedroom with ocean front deck, TV, dual vanity and hottub tub.

Middle Floor: Den with ocean vistas, TV/DVD, laundry room. 3 King master bedrooms with TVs and access to the ocean front deck. 1 master bedroom with 2 duo bunk beds (single on top and double on the bottom).

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
