The Purple Dandelion is located in the community of Crown Point in Corolla this handsome home will make your stay on the Outer Banks a vacation to remember. This home offers living space for leisure and comfort. The great room with vaulted ceilings has an open floor plan and makes it painless for everybody to be together for dining, watching movies, and preparing some delicious meals. Unwind on the multi-level decks basking in the sun, or find a shaded area with your favorite book on the covered decks. The ship's watch is a fun little hideaway for games, reading, or to see a view of the ocean. Have some spirited foosball competitions in the lower level game room and the additional full-size refrigerator makes it ideal to have snacks readily available. After a fun day at the beach or swimming in the community pool and as the evening sets, take refuge in the calming hot tub while planning tomorrow's adventures. Be sure to bring your doggies along too- they would adore an OBX vacation!

Community Conveniences: The community path to the beach just steps away from the backyard makes it simple to access the gorgeous Corolla beaches. All the amenities of Crown Point are yours to savor, including a community pool and tennis courts.

Beach Access: Just a fast walk from the home! Head east out of the driveway to the end of Crown Point Circle where you'll have access to a public walkway to the beach.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly. Dogs allowed for an additional fee. The fireplace is available during the off-season only. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March.

“The entrance, backyard, and driveway to this home are monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our home rules and additional charges may apply.”

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
