Tangerine sunrises against turquoise skies combine to make Summer Splendor come alive for your family in a unique tropical setting complete with palms trees, flowers, and other exotic plantings. Savor your classic beach vacation in this uniquely decorated home featuring a different theme on each floor. This estate home is conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, and golf. A private pool, and hot tub, with a short walk to the oceanfront, star filled nighttime skies, and recreation choices abound. This unique home features five primary bedroom suites and a jungle room that can sleep four to five kids.

Ground Level: Features a South Pacific theme with a Duobunk & Trundle jungle bedroom that shares a bathroom with a Hawaiian bedroom. The rec room with kitchenette, home theatre system with TV and Bose speakers is ideal for family fun time. Access to the private pool and hot tub, and the laundry facilities are on this level.

Mid Level: The European level features rooms with the flavor and distinction of Italy, France, and Spain. Choose your country from any of three charmingly decorated King main bedrooms that make up this level, all with TV/DVD!

Top Level: The Beach level consists of the great room with a home theatre system, TV and Bose speakers, as well as a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and decorating classic to the Outer Banks. Access to the sundeck overlooking the pool and expansive vistas of the ocean overlooking natural dunes are on this level. The elevated reading nook is ideal for peaceful time or card games. There is also a Queen main bedroom with TV/DVD and access to a private sundeck overlooking The Currituck Golf Club.

This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
The pool is open from April through September.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. Booking your Currituck vacation rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties.
