Level 3: NEW FOR 2024!!! - Expanded kitchen featuring new cabinets and bigger granite countertops! A freshly modernized electric fireplace and bathroom are also featured on the upper level. Sticking to a spending budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. Booking your vacation home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
