You'll also find a king master bedroom with Roku TV, a pyramid and bunk bedroom with Roku TV, and another bunk bedroom with Roku TV.

Level 2: On the next level, you'll find 2 king bedrooms with Roku TVs, one with deck access and another with a crib, and 2 queen bedrooms with Roku TVs and deck access. NEW for 2024!!! - All bathrooms on this level completely modernized!

Level 3: NEW FOR 2024!!! - Expanded kitchen featuring new cabinets and bigger granite countertops! A freshly remodeled electric fireplace and bathroom are also featured on the upper level. This level also features a queen master bedroom with Roku TV, a great room with an upsized sectional couch, 2 separate dining areas to seat 14, and a breakfast bar to seat another 5 people.

Cost saving strategies:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking your Currituck vacation home in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
