The green lawn invites you to a front-row seat to the ocean with spectacular vistas from the living and dining rooms' levels and your private dune-top seating. The home is comfortably designed to give you an open feeling on the family level with your family and friends, yet accepts you to find your private, peaceful areas all over the home. The artwork throughout captures your eye. Welcome to Sand Goodies; you won't want to leave.

Ground Level: Parlor on the pool deck and relax to music on the outside speakers. Enter the home from the pool area into the rec room with a full-size pool table, TV/CD/Stereo, and refrigerator. There is also a generously decorated private den with a couch bed, TV/DVD, and a Duobunk.

Mid Level: Has 2 King main bedrooms with whirlpools. A room with 2 Singles with Trundles and a room with 2 Bunk sets share a bathroom. The hot tub is on a secluded deck between the ground and mid-level.

Top Level: Features an open, airy great room with TV/VCR/DVD and sweeping ocean vistas. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers and a sizable pantry. The gorgeously furnished living area has a gas fireplace and an elevated sunroom with additional seating and great vistas. There is also a King main bedroom with a whirlpool.

This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.

  • In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Corolla. To get the largest rental within budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance.
