Level 3: On the Top Level, you are greeted with the most mesmerizing, unobstructed 180-degree vistas of the handsome Atlantic Ocean! The great room has an handsome, yet comfortable feel where you can watch the game on the Sizable Screen TV, listen to music, read a book, or just savor some family time! The humongous gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make all of your family meals together and includes stainless steel appliances and a sizable island with a cooktop. There is plenty of room for everybody including seating for 14 at the new dining room table, a smaller table for 4 and seating at the kitchen island for 4 more! Step outside into the Screened-in gazebo where you can dine al fresco, appreciate breakfast with the sunrise while watching the dolphins, or spend time on the open sundeck where you will find cozy deck chairs! There is also a King bedroom with an en suite bath and a Queen bedroom with a single daybed on this level. A powder room is also located on this level.
