Level 3: On the Top Level, you are greeted with the most mesmerizing, unobstructed 180-degree vistas of the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean! The great room has an handsome, yet comfortable feel where you can watch the game on the Enormous Screen TV, listen to music, read a book, or just appreciate some family time! The humongous gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make all of your family meals together and includes stainless steel appliances and a huge island with a cooktop. There is plenty of room for everybody including seating for 14 at the new dining room table, a smaller table for 4 and seating at the kitchen island for 4 more! Step outside into the Screened-in gazebo where you can dine al fresco, savor breakfast with the sunrise while watching the dolphins, or spend time on the open sundeck where you will find cozy deck chairs! There is also a King bedroom with an en suite bath and a Queen bedroom with a single daybed on this level. A powder room is also located on this level.

Level 2: The Mid-level features 4 more king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds. One of the king bedrooms has an accessible-friendly roll-in shower! The laundry room/kitchenette is also on this level which offers a microwave, mini-refrigerator, and sink!
