This striking new home features 4 king suites, each with their own full bathrooms, 1 queen bedroom, & 1 bunkhouse with 2 twin over twin bunk beds sharing a bathroom. This is ideal set up for a sizable group. It has an impressive, completely equipped kitchen w/ plenty of workspace. The island seats 6 & table seats 8. The 2nd level has a living room, w/ a 65" TV . The 1st level has a game room w/ air hockey & also a heated/cooled garage w/ a pool table. TV's in all rooms ! There is an elevator for easing up & down 3 levels. Appreciate plenty of outdoor seating , including a 3rd level sundeck & a screened porch. The 2nd level has a covered deck. The 12X25 inground pool has patio loungers & the hot tub seats 6. Ideal lot for added privacy w/ only a 5 min. walk to the beach & the Harris Teeter shopping center, including a tap home, pizza and ice cream shop. You can take the bicycle path all the way up to Timbuktu!
