The top level welcomes you with a completely supplied kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to savor in the cavernous living area. Unwind in the serene queen suite, complete with a full bath, or freshen up in the convenient half bath. On the mid-level, you'll find a charmingly appointed king bedroom with a semi-private full bath, accessible from the hallway. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
