The top level welcomes you with a completely outfitted kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to savor in the roomy living area. Unwind in the serene queen suite, complete with a full bath, or freshen up in the convenient half bath. Step out onto the screened porch for a breath of fresh air, or ascend to the crow's nest for a unique vantage point.

On the mid-level, you'll find a handsomely appointed king bedroom with a semi-private full bath, accessible from the hallway. Two comfortable queen bedrooms provide restful retreats, while a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom share a Jack and Jill full bath. Savor the outdoors on the covered deck, ideal for sipping your morning coffee.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Located near the beach, Luxury Comfort w/ Backyard Oasis, Near Beach! is in Whalehead Beach, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Corolla Raceway. Nor'Banks Sailing and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are also worth visiting.

When to visit Corolla & When to reserve a rental home:

Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
Property managers typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
