Private pool open for 2024 season thru December 7, 2024 (weather permitting); complimentary pool heat on 7 nighttime stays in September and October 2024! Brand new home for the 2020 season in the Ocean Lakes Section of Ocean Sands. Less than two min. walk to the beach access. Private pool with option to heat it in the spring and fall for an additional fee heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar with outdoor T.V., cavernous living areas for the entire family. Also supplied; appreciate the Ocean Lakes Pool and Tennis club; a short three min. walk. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home. Ground floor features a rec room with full bath and adjacent constructed in bunk beds (two twins over two fulls), full laundry room, mini refrigerator with freezer, great for pool drinks! Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, a queen suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to bath deck and a full bath. Third floor features kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter drink center. Everything you need to prepare a feast for your family beach vacation! Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, powder room, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and comfortable ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen intelligent T.V.s. The pool itself is 12'x25', depth is 3’6” to 5’6”. It has a concrete deck around it and then a handsome area with artificial turf for lounge chairs etc. Pool heat is available in the spring and fall for an additional fee of $50/nighttime. This home also has an outdoor covered tiki bar area with bar height outdoor chairs, propane grille and a TV behind the bar. The entire area is fenced and private to this home. This home is adjacent to three other homes that can be rented together for a total of 23 bedrooms for families visiting together. Off street parking for roughly four cars is included at the home.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.

This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Currituck restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • We recommend storing the owner's contact information in your smartphone.

  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
