If handsome sound-to-ocean vistas and pet-friendly (2 dogs max.) suit your taste, then look no further than Memories By The Sea, a 3-bedroom condo in the Windswept Ridge section of The Currituck Club. This roomy condo has vistas to the north, east and west so it is always bright and sunny.

ONE LEVEL:
The living area is chic and modern with comfortable seating and a sizable flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-supplied and modern to facilitate meal preparation or simply savor ordering delivery from a local eatery instead! The kitchen bar counter can seat 3 and the dining table seats 6. A sitting area is next to the dining area. There access to the outside decks through sliding doors and an opportunity to relax on the deck furnishings. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

The bedrooms include a King Master Suite with a shower and separate tub in its master bath; this bedroom has deck access too. The Queen Master Suite has a shower/tub combo in its master bath and the bedroom with 2 Double beds can use the hall bathroom (shower/tub combo). All the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.

The elevator is located close by to provide painless accessibility for guests while the limited number of units in these villas maintains a peaceful sense of privacy. Adjacent to this building are tennis/pickleball courts, park-style grilles and the Windswept Ridge Community Pool.
