Located at the very north end of Whalehead, the location is ideal for active families. The Shad Street beach access is just around the corner for long, lazy days at the beach. Bring your bicycles because you have miles of bicycle paths to discover leading directly to Historic Whalehead Club and the Currituck Lighthouse. Lots of deck to relax and savor a peaceful evening or get some sun. Imagine relaxing on the screened porch listening to the nighttime sounds of the beach.

Inside there are two 65" Intelligent TVs for movies, gaming or streaming, one each in the living room and den. The home also features three enormous Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms and Intelligent TVs in all bedrooms. The rec room has one side designated for the media center, and the other for foosball or shuffleboard. The ping pong table will be a hit with all ages under the carport! Additional Amenity Details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance.
