Privacy abounds at Greene's Grove. The “Grove” is a unique Currituck Club lot, having both huge front and back yards surrounded by Carolina pines. Nobody to see, or to be seen by, in your shining 14x28 foot pool!

The enchanting, well-kept home features a reverse floor plan. There are two master bedrooms with en-suites, two queen bedrooms, and one twin bedroom.

The top level provides an open and bright living/dining area with ample room to gather with friends and family. Take advantage of the state-of-the-art entertainment center. The kitchen offers granite countertops, all the cooking silverware needed. Appreciate morning coffee on your comfortable screen porch adjacent to the dining area. Unwind in the “puzzle room”, which is outfitted with novels and jig-saw puzzles. Two decks offer superb star gazing at nighttime. One deck overlooks the back yard where you can savor the sunrise. The second deck overlooks the front yard and is ideal for sunset happy hour.

Decking surrounds the middle level, where there are many secluded sitting areas. Two of the three bedrooms on this level offer private entrances to decking. An outdoor stairway provides access to the pool. This level also includes a peaceful, central reading area.

The ground level is highlighted by a cavernous entertainment den with wet bar, wine cooler, full-sized refrigerator, and microwave. The pool may be directly accessed from the den. Hook-up a streaming device in the den to play your favorite tunes via pool speakers. There is a colorful picnic table and outdoor grille for poolside meals. A very enormous two-car garage and four bicycles are supplied for your use.

Greene’s Grove is located in The Currituck Club, a photogenic community that offers guests exclusive amenities including trolley service to the close by beach, a championship golf course, a gym, three community pools, along with tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts. Trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa. Corolla Raceway and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to reserve a Currituck rental & When to go:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking your Currituck vacation rental in Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
