The Space:
BookSmart Properties presents: King's Sandcastle! Location is the key word for this elegant Buck Island property. Perfectly placed between the beach & downtown Corolla activities, it's only a 3 min walk to beach and a 5 min walk to stores & eateries. This community and home is ideal for families, where you can walk along the canal and ponds and see tons of turtles, which your little ones will adore! Or if you choose to relax at the home for a nighttime in, inside the home are tasteful furnishings and decor that generously set the ambience for your beach week, as well as a brand new pool and hot tub for 2024.

Rounding out this level is a sizable master king suite, with a full ensuite bath & garden soaking tub.

4 more bedrooms are down the stairs, each with direct access to a bathroom. Another master king suite, a queen suite with a full bath, a bunk room with 4 twin beds that shares a jack and jill bathroom with another room with 2 twin beds. provide plenty of options for accommodating every member of your group. On the mid level deck is additional seats as well as a porch swing.

Outside, there is a brand new pool and 7 person hot tub installed for 2024. You can relax in the spa or take a dip in the shining new pool, or suntan on the decks with a snack.
