It's Good To Be Back at this pretty brand new, professionally decorated home located on the soundside in Monteray Shores. You can relax after a fun day at the beach in your own private pool and hot tub. Roomy decks on the back mid and top level overlooking the pool area offer a great place to read a book, appreciate your morning coffee or evening beverages.

Monteray Shores offers great community amenities with an outdoor pool and tennis courts, playground, clubhouse and sound-front pier.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.
