Envious Escape has everything you are looking for, a private pool, hot tub, screen porch, tower TV room and multiple levels of decking to savor the elegant OBX weather. The floor plan is open and airy offering enough space for everybody to relax.

There are two wrap- around decks that have plenty of sun and shade. The second floor has an open floor plan with two dining areas. There is a enormous comfortable sitting room that is ample space for sizable family/friend gatherings after a day on the beach. The tower TV room has a wet bar with mini refrigerator, it's the ideal place to escape or just relax and read. There are 2 master king suites w/huge private baths.

The home is located on a peaceful Cul-de-Sac in the Hammocks section of the Currituck Club. It is conveniently located only a few steps to the Trolley stop. The back of the home has is located on the gorgeous 13th fairway of the Currituck Club that was designed by Rees Jones. Next to the home is a grass lot for ideal for lawn games so bring your bocce, corn hole or badminton sets.

Don't forget to venture out and take advantage of all the amenities the Currituck Club has to offer: a community pool close by has a full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones, an equipped exercise center, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, indoor game room and complimentary trolley service to the beach access, among other services. This gated community is secure and peaceful. The Hammocks is a great neighborhood for walking, running and cycling.

Close to grocery stores, local eateries, shopping and many outdoor family-friendly activities.
