Located on a cul-de-sac in the family-friendly community of Ocean Sands in Corolla, this cavernous 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is the ideal destination for your next vacation. Equipped with a private pool and fenced-in yard, you can cool off from the summer heat in just a few steps from the home.

Exploring Corolla: Casa Mare is ideally located where you can discover the local area, with eateries, stores, and outdoor activities in just a short drive away. Whether you're into water sports, shopping, or simply relaxing on the beach, you'll find plenty to do for everybody in the group. Be sure to visit the close by attractions of the Whalehead Club and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, both only a few miles from the home.

Beach Access: Just a short walk to the beach. Head east on Driftwood Way and use Spinnaker Arch or Mainsail Arch accesses.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog-Friendly (Two Dogs-max.) - Dogs allowed for an additional fee. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

When to visit Corolla & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. To get the best rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Currituck attractions.
