It is also pet-friendly and equipped with an enclosed dog run, accepting for your furry friends to join in on the fun too. Located on a cul-de-sac in the family-friendly community of Ocean Sands in Corolla, this cavernous 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is the ideal destination for your next vacation. Equipped with a private pool and fenced-in yard, you can cool off from the summer heat in just a few steps from the home.

The roomy kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals anytime of the day. The open-concept living and dining areas provide plenty of space for everybody to gather, relax, and savor quality time together and even has a screened in porch to appreciate the summer nights. This home has four comfortable bedrooms, providing plenty of space for your family and friends to relax and relax after a day of beach activities. The bedrooms offer a mix of bed sizes to accommodate different sleeping arrangements and plenty of room for everybody to enjoy their own space and recharge for another day at the pool.

Exploring Corolla: Casa Mare is ideally located where you can discover the local area, with eateries, stores, and outdoor activities in just a short drive away. Whether you're into water sports, shopping, or simply relaxing on the beach, you'll find plenty to do for everybody in the group. Be sure to visit the close by attractions of the Whalehead Club and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, both only a few miles from the home.

Beach Access: Just a short walk to the beach. Head east on Driftwood Way and use Spinnaker Arch or Mainsail Arch accesses.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog-Friendly (Two Dogs-max.) - Dogs allowed for an additional fee. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Sticking to your budget:

  • The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Currituck restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to compel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
