We welcome you to bring your family, friends and fur babies to “Saltwater Heaven” where you can relax and get away. With our 3-car driveway, we invite you to park your car and put away the keys. We are only .3 miles away from Harris Teeter which is the ideal little grocery store, supplied with beer & wine and even has a Starbucks inside! Craving a sweet treat? Duck Donuts is located right next to Harris Teeter and the donuts will still be warm after your walk back to the a few of the reasons we call this handsome property "Saltwater Paradise".

If you appreciate running, walking, skating, or cycling - we have a 4-mile path located just outside the community (with no crossing roads to get to). There is also Community tennis courts located across from the beach access, so you can hear the waves while playing.

Our 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath home is steps away from striking private beach access, with lifeguards on duty from May-October.

If you want a break from the beach, you can stay right at “home” and relax in our upsized pool with 6 ft. area (rare for OBX!), complete with a enormous deck outfitted with many lounge chairs, a gas grille and a picnic table so you can spend your hideaway appreciating the sun and salty air.

Your fur babies can savor our freshly fenced in yard, so you always know they are safe, secure and having fun!

Saltwater Paradise has been well outfitted for your cooking needs. Place settings and silverware will effortlessly accommodate a sizable crowd and with the breakfast bar, we have seating for 11.

For your indoor entertainment, we have 4 Intelligent TVs, with (fast) Wi-Fi and streaming services, board games, decks of cards, puzzles and books.

To help you prepare for the beach, we have everything you need for your short walk there including a beach cart, umbrella, chairs, body boards and beach towels. For your added convenience, we have an outside hot & cold shower which is great for after beach activities.

Can't get away for an entire week? Come and experience the Outer Banks during the quieter months. We welcome short stays during the off season (3 nighttime minimum).
