Birdie is located in Magnolia Bay of The Currituck Club. Savor all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers such as a community pool, a kiddie pool, playground, volleyball, tennis courts, exercise center and the Clubhouse. The trolley service is available Memorial through Labor Day.

Appreciate an striking OBX sunset over the Currituck Sound via the cavernous deck. Unwind in the hot tub under the beautiful live oaks and garden area. Or float your worries away in the handsome private pool! This home has golf privileges at Kilmarlic and The Currituck Club. The Currituck Club offers preferred tee times.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars. Nor'Banks Sailing and Flippers Arcade & Variety Store are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer months are high season in Corolla. To book the best rental home within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation.
