Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private enclosed courtyard insuring seclusion and relaxation with a hot tub, lounge chairs and hammock. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with a Double Bed that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a Queen, Day Bed, Trundle and TV/DVD. Enclosed garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 cruiser bicycles with gears and sand toys.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and a private sitting room with pocket doors and lounge chairs. Queen Master Bedroom with TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with new Samsung 50" 4K Intelligent TV/Samsung Blu-Ray Theater System with Netflix, amazon, Hulu and HBO subscriptions, cathedral ceilings with faux painted light blue sky with soft white clouds welcomes the bright morning sunrise. Fireside living room offers comfortable calming to appreciate your favorite music connected via Bluetooth to the Samsung Sound bar. Well-equipped chef's kitchen with new stainless steel kitchen appliances including GE convection range with warming drawer. Kitchen features Corian topped breakfast bar seating 4, U-Line wine captain storage for 24 bottles and professional Calphalon cookware. Adjacent dining room seats 8. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace in photos is not available to renters.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
