**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Conveniently located and in the highly charming Ocean Sands Private Community, this home is just a 1min walk to the beach and a fast drive to local stores and eateries! For the tennis and pickle ball enthusiasts, take advantage of the private courts that are a few steps away from the property! This home is equipped with high speed WIFI to ensure you remain connected.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
