Welcome to Totally Beachin in Corolla, a ideal home-away-from-home in the Outer Banks!

Come to “Totally Beachin” for a calming vacation. Come see the wild horses, the Lighthouse, Whale head Club, Shopping, Eateries, bars, impressive beaches, and so much more. You will find everything you need to relax and savor your vacation.
As part of the Villages at Ocean Hill community, your stay also includes private access to the beach, two swimming pools, a snack bar, exercise center (with modest fee), tennis, pickle ball, volleyball ,basket ball courts, a playground, and a little community fishing lake.

There’s only a 2-min. drive to the 4X4 Beach Carova Beach access where the wild horse sanctuary is. The neighborhood has magnificent natural trails that will lead you to the sound. Wonderful paths that are wide enough for walkers and bicycle riding. There is a new adventure park with tons of activities for kids and adults.

Our home is 3 stories with the top floor being a nice open floor plan, high ceilings with plenty of space. It features multiple decks to appreciate, a hot tub and outdoor shower. You can also take advantage of an outdoor charcoal grille, gas grille and picnic table. The living area comes equipped with a flat-intelligent screen TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, and tons of games and puzzles. And of course, there is complimentary WiFi.

The second floor has three bedrooms one being a very cavernous master with a king size bed, a nice size bathroom and a deck. The other two bedrooms are roomy as well. One having a king size bed and the other a queen which has it’s own deck with a hammock swing to sit and relax on. They share a full bath. The laundry is also on this floor. Downstairs has two bedrooms. One with bunk beds, the bottom being a full size bed. The other room has two twin beds. The game room with a Foosball table is down here and a full bath as well. The home comes with all bed linens and towels for inside the home only.

Getting the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. To book the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective.
