You will feel on top of the world in this cavernous, top floor corner condo in the Windswept Ridge Condos at The Currituck Club! Savor the ocean breezes as you relax on the broad decks with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean to the east, south and west to the Currituck Sound. The building elevator is located close by to provide simple accessibility for guests while the limited number of units in these villas maintains a peaceful sense of privacy. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this condo.]

ONE LEVEL:
This four-bedroom unit has a comfortable living room with cable TV and a completely-equipped open kitchen with a kitchen bar counter (seats 4). A breakfast table in a sunny nook will seat 4 and the dining table that will seat 6. There are 2 Queen Master Suites; one master bath has a shower and separate soaking tub and the other master bath has a shower. The other bedrooms include a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds; these bedrooms share a hall bath with shower/tub combo. The bedrooms all have TVs. There is parking for 2 cars allowed in the condo parking lot.

Adjacent to this building are tennis courts, park-style grilles and the Windswept Ridge pool. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a huge community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. This condo has a golf membership so golfers in the family will appreciate special privileges, including advance tee times and reduced green costs, at The Currituck Club championship 18-hole golf course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.

Located in Corolla, this condo is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting.
